Grilled salmon linguine fast
Preparation time: 50 minutes
You need to:
- 1 piece 1 inch thick salmon fillet
- 1/2 lemon sliced
- 1 1/2 cups of linguine
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 6 tablespoons of skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lettermen fresh cheese soup
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill coffee
- 1 small pinch of salt and pepper
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper seasoning and
boil in a preheated over-medium heat 3 minutes per side grilling. Boiled salmon
flakes into pieces the size of the bite and reserved. Bring a large pot of
water to the boil and boil the pasta al dente, about 10 minutes. Transfer the
dough into a large bowl. Butter heat in a medium heat in a saucepan and cook
the yellow peppers and onions until tender. Add milk and fresh cheese to the
pan and cook for 3 minutes. Add the sauce over linguine and add grilled salmon
in the mix. Toss, then garnish with lemon slices and dill.
Grilled sausage salad
Preparation time: 45 minutes
You need to:
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 kg of smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 kg green beans, cut and halved
- 1 1/2 cup red potatoes
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil coffee
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix onions, sausage, green beans and potatoes on a large
sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper and garnished with
butter. Fold the sheet of a package and close the ingredients to create,
leaving only a small opening. Gently pour water into the opening and close
tightly. Cook the package in a pre-heated grill over the high heat, while
turning until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
Grilled corvettes
Preparation time: 20 minutes
You need to:
- 3 zucchini pieces divided into two
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Cut each half into three pieces of corvettes and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, butter and parsley; spread the mixture on each
side of each piece of corvettes. Sprinkle a side of each zucchini with Parmesan
cheese. Place zucchini in a preheated on medium heat 8 minutes or until cooked
through and cheese grate melted.
