Grilled information about your barbecue party


Planning a barbecue party can be overwhelming, especially if you are hosting for the first time. The most important step is to list the different dishes that you will be cooking on the grill to serve their customers. Do not worry - remember that ideal is to choose recipes that are easy to prepare, but all - children and adults.

Grilled corvettes

You need to:
  • 3 pieces corvettes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 tbsp. butter, soft
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Cut each squash in half (crosswise) and then cut each half (length) into three tranches. In a small bowl, combine garlic, butter and parsley. Spread blend over each side of each slice of zucchini. Sprinkle cheese on one side of each slice and place cheese slices and across a pre-heated grill. Cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and zucchini cooked.

Grilled chicken peanut butter

You need to:
  • 4 half-boned chicken breast without skin
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. low-fat peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice soup
  • Soy sauce 2 teaspoons
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • Cayenne pepper floor plan
Mix garlic, peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, curry and cayenne pepper powder in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well. Place chicken breasts in a preheated and brush the top half with the half sauce grate. Cook over the high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn the chicken and brush with the remaining half of the sauce. Grill for 6-8 minutes until cooked.

Butter prawns with roasted garlic light

You need to:
  • 1 kg Shrimps, peeled and gutted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp. chopped shallots
  • Add 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppers
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Mix olive oil, butter, chives, shallots, garlic, peppers, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir ingredients to mix. Place the shrimp in the bowl and mix well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Once finished, remove from the marinade and cook on a preheated cooking grill over the high heat until opaque, about 2 to 3 minutes.
