The truth about coffee and health

I have always been a coffee lover and regularly enjoy at least three cups a day when I work and a couple on weekends. I can live without them, but again, I want to drink, so why should I? There are always stories in the media about whether coffee is good or bad for you with a wealth of contradictory stories that are clearly contradictory to each other. So I thought I'd do my own research and see if it is a truth in any argument. My final conclusions on the impact of coffee.

The truth about coffee and health

Coffee gives more brain power

For a long time it was realized that coffee keeps you awake because of the high amounts of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that keeps you from falling into difficult times, but actually blocks some of the negative neurotransmitters in the brain. This makes it more alert and improves its overall efficiency. What I believe is true but can affect sleep and make you feel sleepy the next day if you drink too late at night.

Coffee helps you exercise, but be sure to drink water!

I think that's right for me. Having had some coffee and later in the gym about 2 hours, I finally found easier to do me great weight running or lifting. This is again because of the amount of caffeine. Caffeine increases your metabolism and makes you feel ready for a complete workout. What you should not do is neglect the need for water. It is important to drink plenty of water during exercise and to deny other effects of caffeine in your body. What you must remember is that the coffee will make you more urinate, so be sure to replace vitamins, minerals and essential fluids.

Coffee and liver - good or bad?

With regard to the effect of coffee on the liver, there are so many contradictory reports that it is really difficult to decipher the exact truth. One argument is that the coffee for the liver is very good because it reduces up to 80% of cirrhosis and studies that make coffee with a reduced liver cancer self. In the argument against studies have suggested that coffee interferes with the intake of certain drugs and antibiotics. Therefore, if you have problems with the liver and take medication for it, coffee might make the symptoms worse rather than worse!

What is coffee?

Now, apart from caffeine, which is all the talk, there are a number of nutrients and antioxidants on a regular cup of coffee. Some studies have suggested that coffee has more nutrients in the fruits and vegetables, but there are also traces of vitamins such as B5, B2, potassium and manganese. This is the good side. The bad side is coffee is very sour in nature, which is for digestion and burning heart is not good. What must also be considered are stress hormones, which are contained in coffee. This can lead to hypertension and has been linked to high blood pressure.

graduation

From all the research I found, most agree that drinking coffee in moderation is completely in order and can have very positive effects. Drinking large amounts (more than 4 cups per day) have negative effects on the body. Drink at certain times of the day, in the afternoon and in the evening, as it can also affect your sleeping habits, which lead to other health complications. Proof, cause and effect with one of these studies is complicated, but there is no doubt that coffee is a factor for the positive and negative effects on the body.
